Are you an experienced customer service advisor with call centre experience? Do you enjoy working in a fast paced environment and pride yourself on your customer service skills? Due to growth we have opportunities available for Inbound Call Handlers with immediate starts available! 

 

The main function of this role is to support our scheduling department by acting as the main point of contact for all inbound customer service calls providing a high level of customer service to our care home partners. The role plays a key part in supporting the clinical team to run effective clinics and improve the quality of service provided to our customers. Supporting our scheduling department at our head office location in Cambuslang, this role will be varied and fast paced dealing with a high volume of calls, updating our patient CRM system and resolving customer queries. It is a challenging but rewarding role where you will be part of a team helping vulnerable patients to see better and live better.

Responsibilities

  • Act as main point of contact for inbound customer service calls and transfer through to relevant scheduling team members or other areas of the business
  • Provide high level of customer service to our care home partners, resolving any queries or complaints
  • Transferring calls across the business using VoIP digital telephone system
  • Updating customer records on our internal CRM system and logging all conversations.
  • Working to and positively contributing to our Company culture and values.

Qualifications

  • Previous call centre experience essential
  • Confidently work in a high-volume environment, at pace and managing your day-to-day responsibilities
  • Excellent Customer Service skills with the ability to problem solve.
  • Experience of using digital telephone system. VoIP/Horizon experience would be advantageous
  • Computer literate and confident in using inhouse CRM’s and MS Outlook
  • Thrives working under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Awareness of the commercial aims and objectives of the Company.
